These terms govern access to the EmptyFast site and use of its matchmaking service with certified airline operators. Any use of the site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.

EmptyFast lists business aviation segments, in particular repositioning flights known as "empty legs", and forwards client requests to third-party operators. EmptyFast performs no carriage and receives no transport fare on its own account.

The amounts shown are estimates built from market references, and updated according to simulated aircraft availability. They apply to the whole aircraft, excluding specific passenger taxes, premium catering, ground transfers and optional services. They do not constitute a contractual offer.

Every request triggers an availability check with one or more operators. A booking is only firm once a charter contract has been issued by the operator, accepted in writing by the client, and the amounts due have actually been collected in accordance with the operator's terms.

Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the operator or broker issuing the contract. EmptyFast holds no banking data and plays no part in the settlement of the transport price.

Terms for changes, rebooking and cancellation are exclusively those of the operator. Repositioning segments are inherently volatile: they may be withdrawn at any time, without notice or compensation, notably where a full charter is confirmed on the same aircraft.

The client warrants the accuracy of the information provided, holds valid travel documents, complies with customs, health and security requirements, arrives at the agreed time, and is responsible for any persons they cause to board.

The liability of EmptyFast and Redwood Aviation is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, notably regarding the performance of the flight, the condition of the aircraft, delays, cancellations and any direct or indirect loss. Full details of the exclusions are set out in the disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The EmptyFast brand, logo, visual identity, text and imagery on the site are protected. Any reproduction, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The processing of data submitted via the forms is described in the data protection policy, which supplements these terms.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Redwood Aviation. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of that jurisdiction following an attempt at amicable settlement.
