Data Protection Policy

Redwood Aviation, operator of the EmptyFast brand, is the controller for data collected via the site. Any request relating to your data may be sent via the contact form or the official WhatsApp channel.

Data voluntarily provided: name, email address, phone number, content of the request (route, dates, number of passengers, number of bags, personal or business nature of the trip, notes and specific requirements). Minimal technical data necessary for site security and operation.

No banking data and no sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is requested; please do not include any in the free-text field.

Data is processed to respond to your request, obtain quotations from operators and follow up the relationship. The legal basis is your explicit consent, obtained before submission via the form's checkbox.

Data is passed to the charter desk and, where necessary to handle your request, to the airline operators contacted. The form relies on the Formspree collection service, acting as a data processor. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Requests with no follow-up: 12 months from the last contact. Requests resulting in a charter file: 5 years, in accordance with applicable accounting and evidentiary obligations. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Requests are handled within one month at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Communications are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to requests is restricted to authorised desk personnel. Despite these measures, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.

The site places no advertising cookies or third-party profiling trackers. Only mechanisms strictly necessary for operation, remembering your chosen language, and security may be used.
